VHG – God’s Principled World

LESSONS ON PRINCIPLES: THE FINAL FRONTIER – PART 2

  1. In This Series, We Are Taught That Principles Are Governing Laws and Guiding Ordinances, Which Prove That God’s Word is Above All. Would You Say That Your Life is Governed and Guided by A Set of Clear Principles? Would You Be Willing to Share Some of the Principles That You Live by and How They Have Shaped Your Life? What is the Greatest Principle That You Live By?
  2. In Psalm 8, We Are Told of The Excellence of God Found in His Name and Seen Throughout His Creation. When You Look at the Creation, Do You See the Excellence of God, And if so, in What Areas? When You Look at Yourself, Do You Also See God’s Excellence in You, and if so, Where Do You See It? Do You Believe That Others See God’s Excellence in You?
  3. “By Faith We Believe That the Word of God Framed the Worlds,” [Heb. 1:3]. As A Result of How God Created the World, Life Exists with Structure and Order. Would You Say That You Live a Structured Life, And Is There a Particular Order to Your Life? Would You Say That Structure and Order Come Easily to You, Or Do You Struggle with These Concepts in Your Life? As Believers, What Are Some Things We Can Implement to Create Greater Structure in Our Lives?
  4. Through The Biblical Stories of The Roman Centurion, the Unjust Steward, and Cornelius, Teach a Variety of Lessons. They Have One Common Denominator: All These Individuals Were, By Our Definition, “Unbelievers,” And They Serve to Prove the Words of Jesus, “For the Children of This World Are in Their Generation Wiser Than the Children of Light,” [Luke 16:8]. Why is it That Unbelievers Are More Prone to Follow Principles and Believers Are Less Prone? What Makes Them Wiser, and What Can We Do as Believers to Turn This Reality Around in Our Current Generation?
