1. Today, Many Forms of Government Exist Throughout Our World. Here Are A Few: Democracy – Government by Majority Rule of the People; Monarchy – Government by the Rule of a King; Dictatorship – Government by the Rule of a Dictator; Theocracy – Government by God Through the Rule of Clerics. Of These Forms of Government, Which, If Any, Would You Say Is Closest to God’s Original Form of Government? With So Many Forms of Government, Why Is the World in Such a Chaotic and Often Corrupt Condition?  
2. The Principle of Government Began in Genesis 1:26 Through God’s Gift of Dominion to Adam and Subsequently His Offspring. This Principle Continued Through the Scriptures as Seen in Symbols Such as the Ark, [Ex. 25:22]; It Was Prophesied as A Messianic Promise, [Isa. 9:6-7]; It Was Fulfilled in Jesus Christ, [Matt. 28:18]; And Finally, It Was Gifted to The Church, [1 Cor. 12:28].  Discuss and Share Your Thoughts on What the Government of the Church is and What it Looks Like When Practiced.
3. Throughout The Scriptures, the Presence and Practice of Excellent Government Led to A Oneness of Vision, Voice, And Anointing Among God’s People. One Vision Allowed God’s People to See One Picture; One Voice Allowed God’s People to All Speak One Language; And One Anointing Allowed Them to All Operate Under One Stream of Authority. An Excellent Government Eliminates Chaos and Confusion, Leading to Clear Direction. When It Comes to The Principle of Government, How Well Are We Doing at Rhema? How Well Is the Global Christian Community Doing in the Area of Government? Are There Ways in Which We Can Do Better?  
4. Finally, The Principle of Excellent Government Always Foster Spiritual Unity, [Acts 4:32-33], And A Strong Flow of the Anointing Among God’s People, [Ps. 133:1-3; Isa. 10:27], That Truth Is Feared by Our Satanic Enemy. How Can We Get There, And How Can We Sustain Such an Experience? Discuss And Share Ways That We Can Usher in Excellent Government at Rhema, For the Glory of God and The Good of His Kingdom.
