PRACTICALITY = LAST THINGS LAST
Overall Summary:
Scripture teaches the principle that “two are better than one,” [Ecc. 4:9]. When applied to
our relationship with Jesus, it means that we cannot just be spiritual; spirituality must have
practical outworking. This is referred to as “faith and works,” with faith saving us and works
justifying us. Simply put, we are saved by faith, and if we’re truly saved, then it will be seen
in our works. Let’s look at some practical ways that true spirituality can be demonstrated.
1. Intelligent Fire = Giving Thought To What God Has Authorized As Salvific

to?
2. Be Mindful Of How We Speak To Others = Giving Life Through Our Speech

• List some of the ways to ensure that our words are always gracious and life-giving.

how we overcome the temptation to do these things.

• Discuss in practical ways how we can be the best representatives of God while
engaging in our daily work, assignments, or vocations.
5. Be Mindful Of How We Present Ourselves = Representing God Outwardly
